Job Title: AI-Based Graphic Designer (Creative Visual & Image Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate High-Quality Graphics & Visuals: Use AI-based platforms such as MidJourney, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, and Ideogram to create detailed graphics, concept art, key frames, and action poses that align with the vision of the script and creative brief.
- Translate Story into Visuals: Take scripts and story requirements and bring them to life through detailed illustrations, key frames, and action scenes that represent key moments in the narrative.
- Create Action Poses & Character Designs: Use AI tools to generate dynamic character poses, expressive portraits, and action sequences that capture the mood and energy of the script.
- Ensure Visual Consistency: Maintain a consistent visual style across all created graphics and assets, ensuring they align with the overall brand identity and artistic direction.
- Typography Integration: Incorporate typography in a way that complements the overall design and visual narrative, ensuring that text elements are engaging and legible.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content creators, animators, scriptwriters, and video editors to ensure that your visuals are integrated smoothly into the overall production pipeline.
- Adapt to Project Requirements: Be flexible and responsive to creative briefs, making quick adjustments or revisions as needed to meet specific project goals and deadlines.
- Stay Current with AI Trends: Continuously learn and experiment with new AI graphic design tools, techniques, and trends to push the boundaries of visual design and maintain a cutting-edge approach

to content creation.
- Quality Control: Ensure all graphics meet high standards of resolution, detail, and artistic integrity, especially for large formats or projects that require high-definition visuals.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Expertise in AI-Based Graphic Design Tools: Strong proficiency with Text-to-Image AI platforms such as MidJourney, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram, or similar tools. Familiarity with custom prompts to generate high-quality, detailed images is essential.
- Creative & Artistic Skills: A strong creative portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce dynamic visuals, concept art, character designs, and action poses. Ability to create images that evoke emotion, action, and narrative depth.
- Filmmaking Knowledge: Solid understanding of lighting, camera angles, and composition. Ability to create visuals that are cinematic and aligned with visual storytelling principles.
- Typography & Text Design: A good sense of how to integrate typography within images, ensuring text is visually appealing and fits the overall design language.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in terms of color grading, shading, image clarity, and overall image quality. Ability to ensure that all generated assets are polished and professional.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (designers, animators, directors, content creators).
- Speed & Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to creative changes and meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Creative Problem Solving: Ability to think outside the box to generate unique visuals and solve creative challenges using AI-driven design.

Bonus Skills:

- 3D Design Experience: Familiarity with 3D rendering or 3D tools like Blender is a plus, especially if AI-generated assets need to be rendered in 3D space.
- Experience with Image Editing Tools: Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools for editing AI-generated visuals and adding final touches.
- Knowledge of Animation Tools: Understanding of how to integrate static AI visuals into animation projects (e.g., After Effects, Toon Boom) is a plus.
