**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assess their home furnishing needs.
- Provide product recommendations and design solutions tailored to customer preferences.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in home furnishings and interior design.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's product range, including materials, styles, and functions.
- Educate customers about care instructions and maintenance of purchased products.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Develop a client base through networking and referrals.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on customer preferences to management.
- Contribute ideas to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is a plus).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in whole sales of home furnishing goods, preferably in the home décor industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to Traveling and meet with Retailers

**Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position may require weekends and holidays.
- Based in a Field Sales with own vehicle, with occasional in-home furnishing consultations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
