**Job Title: Trainee: System Administrator/IT Executive**
Experience: 0-6 Months
Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Install, configure, and maintain Windows, Window server operating systems**_
- Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Perform regular backups and system upgrades
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Maintain documentation and IT inventory

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field
- 0-6 months of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
- **Good knowledge of Windows OS and Window Server**:

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- **Career Path & Compensation Phase 1: Training Period (First 2 Months - Paid Training)**:

- Hands-on training in **system installation, configuration, and maintenance**

Stipend**:INR 6,000/month**

**Phase 2: Post-Training Employment (Performance-Based)**
- **Grade A**: INR 16,000/month
- **Grade B**: INR 15,500/month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
