**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Material Handling**: Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles and containers, ensuring safe handling practices.
- **Packing**: Pack materials and products according to company standards, ensuring that items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- **Counting and Inventory**: Perform accurate material counting and inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported promptly.
- **Organization**: Arrange materials in the warehouse systematically for easy retrieval and maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage area.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating warehouse equipment and handling materials, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- **Team Support**: Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and provide assistance as needed in other warehouse operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- **Skills**: Basic math skills for counting materials and understanding inventory records.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to work accurately and efficiently to ensure that materials are properly packed, counted, and handled.
- **Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
