
Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preferred **Females only**.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support the executives in various projects and tasks as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as an **Executive Assistant or administrative support.**:
- Graduate and Postgraduate both can apply.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good in professional etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
**Salary**: Good hike on current CTC.
**Work timing**: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM ( Alternate Saturday week-off)
**Location**: Sakinaka, Andheri, Mumbai.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
