- Reports To: Director of Finance / Financial Controller
- Summary/Objective:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
- Ensuring all transactions are properly supported and documented.
- Managing accounts receivable, including billing and collection efforts.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- General Ledger Accounting:

- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the general ledger.
- Bank Reconciliation:

- Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting:

- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
- Preparing various financial reports and analyses as required by management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Monitoring budget performance and analyzing variances.
- Contributing to financial forecasting activities.
- Tax Compliance:

- Assisting in the preparation and filing of tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant tax laws.
- Internal Controls:

- Adhering to and supporting the hotel's internal control procedures.
- Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls.
- Auditing:

- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Communicating effectively with other departments regarding financial matters.
- Collaborating with the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Other Duties:

- Performing other accounting-related duties as assigned by the Director of Finance or Financial Controller.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
