Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Associate to assist our management team in efficiently handling data from various software systems used within our organization. The Data Processing Associate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and presenting data in a structured format to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management software.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Integration:

- Gather data from multiple software systems, databases, and sources.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collection processes.

2. Data Processing and Cleaning:

- Clean and preprocess data to remove inconsistencies and errors.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.

3. Data Analysis:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate reports and visualizations to present data findings.

4. Database Management:

- Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
- Develop and implement data storage and retrieval processes.

5. Data Reporting:

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements for reporting.

6. Documentation:

- Document data processing procedures, data sources, and data transformations.
- Create user-friendly manuals or guides for data-related processes.

7. Data Security:

- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Comply with data protection and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in data management software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
