**Key responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments.
- Create and manage site collections, libraries, lists, and web parts.
- Handle user permissions and access controls in accordance with security policies.
- Perform routine SharePoint site maintenance and updates.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, Power Automate, and OneDrive.
- Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested.
- Maintain documentation on configurations, procedures, and change management.
- Support migration projects (e.g., SharePoint on-prem to Online).

**Required skills**:

- Proven experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server administration.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with security and compliance in SharePoint environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Certification in any field:

- **Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate** _(retired but still valued)_
- **Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)**:

- **MS 700, MS 101 or Share MCSE certification**:

- **Any related to admin certification.**

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
