**We are hiring Scrum Master for Automotive domain for Bangalore location.**

**Work Experience: 10-15 Years**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Mandetory to have experience in Automotive domain.**

**Must have**
- Agile development skills
- Ability to facilitate various Agile ceremonies
- Amazing experience in **Automotive **domain
- Ability to lead the team of focused developers and experts
- Ability to understand impediments and resolve
- Ability to do capacity planning and forecasting
- Knowledge on programming or Testing
- Communication skills
- Nice to have - **Automotive ECU integration **and testing experience
- Nice to have - **C++ or Python **knowledge
- **Job Responsibilities**:

- Participate in PI planning along with the teams
- Perform capacity planning and team loading
- Work with PO to identify EPICs/Stories
- Identify Tasks with the team
- Identify and Manage impediments and dependencies
- Assess team velocity sprint and identify improvement actions
- Hold daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospective meetings
- Be a team builder
- Assess task priorities with the Product owner
- Provide periodic reports for management teams and stakeholders
