**Job Role Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive at our Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote our extensive product range to potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing customers, and fostering collaborations with key stakeholders in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
**- Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for product expansion.

Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and maximize sales growth.

**- Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and other stakeholders in the construction sector.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking efforts.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

**- Sales and Revenue Generation**:
Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the features and benefits of our products to prospective customers.

Execute sales plans, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-up, and closing deals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.

**- Marketing Campaigns and Brand Promotion**:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Utilize various channels such as social media, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

**- Product Knowledge and Training**:
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
