Customer Service Representative

**Position Overview**:
We’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and be the first line of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, solving customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone engaging with Supply6. As a communication expert, you’ll guide customers with their queries. You’ll also play a vital role in building a loyal community and driving customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of all Supply6 products, particularly Supply6 360, and offer guidance and usage recommendations to customers.
- **Issue Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve any product or service-related issues, ensuring that all customer problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and document customer feedback, helping inform our product and marketing teams for ongoing improvements.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster a strong connection with customers by promoting a positive, health-focused community around the Supply6 brand.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, ensuring data is kept up-to-date and accessible
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a customer support or related role, ideally within the health, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
