Urgent Opening for the position of Finance Controller

**Base Location**:Delhi

**Experience**:15-18 Years

**Education**:CA / ICWA

**Reporting to**:MD/ CEO (Eventually to the CFO)

**Turnover**:Around Rs. 2,000 Crs

**Position Summary**

Lead the overall finance functions and provide strategic advice for taking key decisions regarding Finance, Accounting, Cashflow, Plant Accounting, Banking, Compliances, Internal Control, System and Processes, Audit and other allied areas.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Accounting**: Have an oversight on the overall accounting function.
- **Plant Accounting**:Ensure smooth functioning and daily operations of manufacturing plants.
- **Costing**: Undertake detailed product costing and variance analysis.
- ** Internal Controls**:Ensuring the reliability and integrity of financial information. Providing management with accurate, timely and complete information, including accounting records, in order to plan, monitor and report business operations.
- ** Compliances**:Be responsible for tax compliances - Direct Taxes as well as Indirect Taxes. Also have an oversight on ROC and other statutory compliances
- ** Cashflow**: To prepare, plan and monitor cash flow of the business. Keep a close watch on receivables, and plan the payables suitably to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- **Systems and Processes**: Need to lead and improvise various systems and processes, with a view to strengthening those in line with best practices.
- **Audits**:Work closely with the internal and external auditors. Work constructively towards addressing issues and gaps identified by the auditors.
- ** Banking**: Liaise with banks for limits, constantly evaluate optimum and efficient bank funding and work with the management team for suitable bank reporting.

- Be a team player, and to continuously work towards developing skills of all the team members with a view to increasing productivity on a continuous basis.
- Uphold the financial health and integrity of the company.
- Steward the organization to optimize the financial resources of the organization most effectively.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic capability in planning and execution
- Proven track record of coaching and Mentoring
- Must have prior experience in promoted driven manufacturing companies.
