**Job Location**: Mogappair West, Chennai
**Experience**: 2+ years
**Salary Range**: ₹2,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum
**Shift**: Night Shift
**Interview Mode**: Direct Interview
**Interview Timings**: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Interaction**:
- Call patients to discuss outstanding bills and clarify any questions related to medical billing.
- Provide detailed explanations of charges, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- **Payment Follow-Up**:
- Follow up with patients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.
- Address and resolve patient concerns related to billing discrepancies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and payment statuses.
- Generate regular reports on collections and patient account updates.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**:
- Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient calling or a related customer service role.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, insurance terms, and payment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Empathetic approach with the ability to handle patient concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using billing software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly productivity targets.
