**Roles & Responsibility: -**
- Proven working experience in civil engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project Costing and Budgeting.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- License with various government departments.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
- Determines project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
- Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules for Port Infrastructure, Residential Project, Offices, New Warehouse Project.
- Understanding of various IS and other norms for constructions.
- Understanding of quality norms.
- Designing, Managing, Developing, Executing, Creating and Maintaining Construction projects like, Port Infrastructure, Residential Project, Offices, Warehouses etc.
- Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
- Costing & Budgeting.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.55 per month
