Reels and Shorts Creator

About the Role:
We're looking for a creative individual to join our team as a Reels and Shorts Creator. Your role will involve conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging short-form video content for various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop creative concepts for Reels and Shorts, aligned with our brand's voice and target audience.
- Video Production: Shoot high-quality videos using smartphones or professional cameras, both in-studio and on location.
- Video Editing: Edit videos using professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Voiceovers: Record clear and concise voiceovers to accompany video content.
- Social Media Posting: Share created content on relevant social media platforms and monitor performance metrics.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in short-form video content and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall brand objectives.

Qualifications:

- Passion for video creation and a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
- Willingness to travel to nearby cities for shoots.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
