Role**:Sales Officer**

Educational Qualification: Bachelor

Experience: 6 Months - 1 Year

Location: Aluva, Ernakulam

**Salary**: 20,000 - 25,000

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers through various sources such as cold calling, referrals, networking, and online research.
- Present product or service offerings to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits. Address any queries or concerns raised by the customers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions and Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Provide feedback on customer requirements and market trends to enhance product offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products or services.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- confidence & good presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the **home loan sales experience**
- Willingness to travel as required (Willingness to travel as required)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Home loan sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Banking sector: 1 year (preferred)
