**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and research potential clients and projects through online platforms, including freelance websites, bidding portals, and social media channels. (Upwork, Freelancer, Linkedin, etc.)
- Understand client requirements, project scope, and objectives to effectively prepare and submit compelling proposals.
- Prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and timelines, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Participate in online bidding processes, including drafting project proposals, responding to client inquiries, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, industry standards, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's services.
- Follow up with clients and manage ongoing communication to address any issues, provide updates, and identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Track and analyze bidding success rates, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance bid conversion rates.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and new bidding platforms to continuously improve bidding strategies and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of online bidding platforms, including freelance websites, bidding portals, and social media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements, project scope, and objectives, and translate them into comprehensive proposals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate project feasibility, estimate costs, and develop timelines.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration software tools.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and accommodate clients from various geographical locations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
