**Role Overview**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will drive agent acquisition, promote subscription-based services, and maintain strong client relationships through regular field engagement across Gurugram.

This is a **full-time, client-facing role** requiring active on-ground sales efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Agent Acquisition & Onboarding**:

- Identify and engage real estate agents via field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present the company's platform benefits and onboard new agents
- Assist new agents with account setup and platform usage
- **Sales & Subscription Packages**:

- Pitch and sell subscription packages effectively
- Ensure agents clearly understand the offered value propositions
- **Relationship Management**:

- Maintain long-term relationships with onboarded agents
- Act as the first point of contact for agent queries and support
- Quickly resolve concerns to drive satisfaction and loyalty

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in Business Development or Field Sales (Real Estate experience preferred)
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
- **Other**: Must have own conveyance (complete field role within Gurgaon)
