We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Admin Executive** to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals new to the administrative field who are eager to start their career in administration. The Admin Executive will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**: Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and scheduling meetings.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, files, and records in an efficient manner.
- **Supply Management**: Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring office stock is adequate.
- **Meeting and Event Coordination**: Assist in arranging meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating office events.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors for office maintenance, equipment repairs, and other facilities requirements.
- **Support Staff Coordination**: Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure they have the necessary resources.
- **Assist HR and Finance Teams**: Provide general administrative support to the HR and finance departments as required.
- **General Office Maintenance**: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space, managing minor maintenance needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and thoroughness.
- **Professional Attitude**: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
