Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Product Development:

- Work directly with engineering teams to plan, execute and manage the delivery of the product.
- Determine and deploy key technologies, tools, and processes that power our product teams
- Drive innovation and fine-tune experiences with virtual agent support experiences
- Own KPIs and deliver measurable impact across member satisfaction and operational efficiency

2. Product Strategy:

- Support the product module strategy for TX (Total experience) transformation
- Know competitors in the market
- Occasionally engage with GTM teams and customers for scoping opportunities
- Maintaining a good understanding of the target customer organization and their business strategies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

- 6 to 8 years of experience as a product owner/program manager in AI, data & cloud-native software companies. Experience with Conversational AI products is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, as well as leveraging third-party products under SaaS and PaaS models.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure milestones are met.
- Strong customer focus with experience crafting visions and solutions with a team
- Very good research skills
- Good collateral creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and act on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellence in structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills.
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
