**Location**:Mumbai, IN**Job Summary**
Design and manage the project backlog, roadmap and Agile solutions.

**General Responsibilities**
- Secure smooth release of DKSH Discover + in 35 countries.
Participates to the Digital Transformation by evangelizing the online ordering and re-ordering for customers.
- Proven ability to work on seamless and complex integrations between ERP, CRM & storefront.
- Has worked on APIs and integration with third parties including payment gateway, Clients and customers.
- As part of the DKSH Discover Agile team, leads the DKSH Discover+ roadmap and product development for all storefront and PIM Backoffice content management related features.
- Works in Agile environment, reviews the business needs, refines priorities, and works with cross-functions to deliver customer centric features.
- Manages backlog and hosts the backlog grooming ceremonies related to the Discover product.
- Hosts the monthly Sprint demo ceremonies with the support of the Discover product team.
- Supports in the development of DKSH Discover+ 5 years vision.
- Supports in developing analysis and presentations related to the DKSH Discover+ portal for PM global management, Clients, and Customers.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
Certified Scrum Product Owner
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills. Data understanding and interest on customer, supplier and market behavior and trends analytics.
- Previous experience on online payment systems
- Affinity towards IT programs as well as information and data management
- Platform Development, API integration
- Advanced analysis and presentation skills.
- English proficiency (oral and written).

**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or similar. Master and/or first experiences in the chemical industry is an advantage.

**Work Experience**
Minimum 5 years of Product Owner experience with multinational organizations.
