Social media plays a key role at Skrap to help build awareness around sustainability solutions and urge organisations, communities and individuals to take action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Strategy and Creation**: Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy for Instagram. Create Reels, Posts, and Stories that are engaging, authentic and full of edutainment
- ** Brand Positioning**: Be the curator of our visual narrative on Instagram, maintaining a cohesive and positive brand image that resonates with our core values. Research sustainability industry trends and news to integrate relevant content.
- ** Engagement**: Build conversations and genuine interaction with our community on Instagram by responding thoughtfully to comments and actively participating in relevant discussions. Team up with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our voice and extend our reach to a broader audience.
- ** Analytics**: Harness the power of Instagram analytics tools to decode key performance metrics, monitor the organic growth of our follower community, and gauge the real impact of our content.
- Have atleast 2 years relevant experience in managing Instagram handles
- Are idea driven, creative, curious and have strong visual storytelling skills
- Have mad video creating and editing skills, a good eye for design and some serious Canva chops
- Are passionate about sustainability and lead or are learning to lead a low waste lifestyle.
- Enjoy keeping up with social media trends
- Are a research ninja (perseverant to wade through the internet, research papers and interviews to distill information accurately)
- Are fluent in meme language. And have a sense of humour :D
