**Role Synopsis**
- Management of Copra stock handling at external warehouses, adhering to Quality, Commercial, Safety and Statutory compliance requirements**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitoring Copra stocks on a daily basis for all External warehouses- Keeping track of Daily handling volume of Copra and trucks at warehouses- Scheduling daily handling at warehouses for the stock connected for unloading and despatch plans received- Ensuring quality related issues pertaining to the materials are addressed on time.- Circulating Daily Stock and Handling reports to the relevant team members and co-ordinating for handling requirements- Ensure timely update of all SAP entries required- Update and Circulate periodic MIS reports to the relevant teams- Identify cost-effective procedures to implement- Co-ordinate for periodic stock verifications and maintain reconciliation reports of stock and loss factors- Review and upkeep the Commercial, Safety & Statutory Guidelines- Analyse the deviations if any and action for gap closures, if any- Initiate ground level negotiations with vendors and service providers pertaining to the price / cost revisions as per the existing system.- Maintain Communication and Co-ordinations with relevant members/teams of Plants, Procument Office- Conduct self audits of procedures at WHS and ensure right calibration status for the equipments used- Ensure timely circulation of MOR and Performance track reports**Role Specification**
