**Role Synopsis**
- Will take care of Inhouse filling operations. Will be managing Shift operations**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage shift operations - overall incharge of the shift- Manpower planning and management of manpower during shift operations- Carryout Raw material planning for Inhouse filling- Ensure quality parameters are followed during shift opetations- Reduciton of reduction and losses- Ensure Key performance indiceses are met- Ensure Safety during shfit operations- Coordanition with the planning team to ensure quaterly, monthly, weekly and daily targets are met- Training the manpower to take care of the future requirement- Ensuring good Stakeholder relationship**Role Specification**

**Nature of Experience & Exposure**

**At least 4 Plus Years hands on experience in handling filling operations in FMCG manufacturing set up. Sound knowledge Filling operations - Blowing, printing, filling and packing.The incumbent should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical engineering. Any other professional accounting qualification would be an added advantage.**
