**The Role**

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Product owner to join our Operational Risk team. In this role you will assist our experienced Product owners, to help deliver high-quality Operational Risk solutions related to Reporting and Analytics.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Support Product owner in managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and aiding in day to day PO responsibilities.
- Act as a liaison between business analysts, risk managers and development teams facilitating and managing deliverables via effective communication and collaboration.
- Gather and analyze operational risk requirements with varying complexity.
- Break down intricate scenarios into smaller, manageable deliverables for the development team and assist with validating functionality.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations, eliciting feedback and ensure user satisfaction.
- Participate in project planning, estimation and roadmap activities under the guidance of a Product owner.
- Continuously learn and improve processes to enhance product quality and team efficiency. all deliverables and timelines.
- Proficient in comprehensive user acceptance testing based on the scripts in UAT env and Prod env.
- Assisting on writing User stories into the JIRA board as per the Agile method.

**Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with Agile framework
- Strong academic record and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to understand and document complex requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with a passion for technology and operational risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and basic understanding of data analysis tools like Alteryx and Tableau.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Overall Experience of 8+ Years
- Strong attention to detail; highly organized
- Flexible to work across time zones
- Results-oriented with the ability to formulate proposed solutions and coordinate with Senior Management

Work Timings: 1:30pm to 10:30 pm India Standard Time (should be flexible)
