**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, deal closure, and after-sales support
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in assigned territory or sector
- Promote and sell our range of equipment (e.g., electric golf carts, irrigation systems, industrial tools) to both existing and prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and deliver tailored product recommendations
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and product innovations
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of proven experience in equipment sales, industrial products, or B2B sales
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
