**Job Title: IT Support Executive**

**Experience**:
**2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a law firm or similar professional**

**services environment.**

**Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) excluding TDS and**

**other employee expenses incurred by the Proprietorship for the employee) and performance**

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree with relevant IT/IS certifications
- Skills:

- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in maintaining and configuring workstations (Mac).
- Experience with managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including

firewalls, routers, and switches.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Workstation Setup & Maintenance:

- Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Macs) for all lawyers and

support staff.
- Ensure that all devices are up-to-date with the latest software patches,

antivirus, and security protocols.
- Ensure that workstations are properly connected to the firm’s network and can

access shared resources and printers.

2. Printer and Device Management:

- Ensure all office printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices are in

working order.
- Resolve any printer issues, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

3. Network & Firewall Management:

- Manage and maintain the firm’s network infrastructure, including firewalls,

routers, and switches.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the firm’s internal

network and prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure the network is functioning optimally, and any issues are addressed

immediately to prevent downtime.

4. Backup & Data Security:

- Regularly back up confidential client and case data to secure cloud or on
- premises storage solutions.
- Develop and implement a disaster recovery plan to ensure quick recovery of

data in case of system failure.

5. Technical Support for Lawyers and Staff:

- Provide on-site and remote IT support to lawyers and staff, resolving any

hardware, software, or network-related issues.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements

for the firm’s IT infrastructure.
- Manage software installations, updates, and licensing for all legal tools and

productivity software.
- Plan and manage hardware upgrades and replacements as needed to ensure

optimal performance.

7. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

- Provide timely resolution to all IT-related issues for lawyers, paralegals, and

support staff.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, offering both on-site and

remote troubleshooting.

8. Inventory & Asset Management:

- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets used by the firm.
- Ensure devices are securely logged and tracked from acquisition to

decommission.
- Ensure licenses and subscriptions are up-to-date and renewals are handled in a

timely manner.

Additional Expectations:

- Proactive Approach:

- Be proactive in identifying potential IT issues before they impact the

workflow of the legal team. Provide regular system health checks and suggest

improvements.
- Emergency Response:

- Respond to any urgent IT issues or system downtimes promptly to minimize

disruption to the firm’s operations.
