Supervisor Qc

**Job Responsibility**: Qc supervisor

**Area**: Laboratory Area

**Reporting To**: QC Manager

**Responsibility**:

- All titration in lab as per LSOP
- Accuracy and correctness of titration and record entry
- Check weigh all weighing scales in factory
- Pest o flash cleaning and record entry
- Rodent trap analysis and record entry
- Cover brine batch record preparation, titration and approval.
- Collect all process control record arrange and file
- Incoming ingredients titration and report to online
- Responsible for lab chemical stock and inform to QC manager for further requirement.
- Responsible for sample library.

**Attributes**:
1a. In case of any difficult immediately bring it to the attention of your supervisor.

1b. always bring it to the attention of your supervisor whenever you notice any mind of abnormality anywhere in factory.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- A team player and who co-operates with the team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Having physical stamina to walk around and monitor operations during working hours.
- Keep punctuality in reporting for duty and not a clock watcher.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English to explain, train and motivates workers and to interact with customers.
- Responsible for developing a good organization culture.

**Performance Appraisal**:
Will be done based on performance in the above said areas and on additional works assigned then and there.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 per month
