**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop **new business opportunities** in solar power, electrical contracting, and related services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, references, and industry events.
- Meet with **industrial, commercial, and institutional clients** to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver **technical and commercial proposals** in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Manage the **sales cycle** from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, execution) to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on **market trends, competitor activities, and government policies** in the solar and electrical sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical / Mechanical / Energy Engineering** or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in business development or sales within the **solar or electrical industry**.
- Strong understanding of **solar EPC solutions, electrical systems, and project sales**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within the region.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, CRM tools**, and proposal documentation.
**Location**:
Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
