**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identifying market potential in order to achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
- Maximize sales volume and revenue in the assigned markets for all Products.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers / distributor so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timelines and cost.
- Competition analysis, market mapping, market intelligence
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish the product in the market achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
- Responsible for Relationship Building Coordination with dealers, distributors retailers etc. Sales Reports - Daily, Weekly, Monthly to the Reporting Manager- Having Experience in Sales Marketing HORECA(Hotel /Restaurants /Cafe/ Canteens/ Caterers) will be preferred.
- He should have a good understanding about the Market, segment, product knowledge.
