_**Position: Restaurant Floor Supervisor**_
- **Location: Chandigarh**_
- **Role Overview**:_
As the Restaurant Floor Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining area. You will oversee the front-of-house team, maintain service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers, to ensure optimal guest service and satisfaction.
- Monitor dining room activity, manage reservations, and allocate seating to maximize seating capacity and minimize wait times.
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and upselling techniques to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service, maintaining quality standards and presentation.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and operational updates to the front-of-house team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and fixtures, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to support efficient restaurant operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, safety protocols, and staff conduct.
- Provide support to management as needed, contributing ideas for improving service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team of front-of-house staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including reservation systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
