**1. Content Ideation & Strategy**
- Research trending topics, audio, and formats relevant to the brand’s niche.
- Plan reel concepts that align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and target audience.
- Brainstorm creative ideas to increase engagement and reach.

**2. Content Creation**
- Shoot high-quality videos using phone/camera, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio.
- Edit reels with transitions, captions, effects, and music to make them engaging and platform-optimized.
- Ensure content is in correct aspect ratios, resolution, and adheres to Instagram guidelines.

**3. Brand Alignment**
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all reels.
- Incorporate brand elements (logos, colors, typography) subtly but effectively.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure content matches the campaign theme.

**4. Posting & Optimization**
- Schedule and publish reels at peak engagement times.
- Write catchy captions and select relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
- Use Instagram’s interactive features (polls, stickers, questions) when applicable.

**5. Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor reel performance metrics: views, engagement rate, shares, saves, and follower growth.
- Identify top-performing content and replicate successful strategies.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the marketing team with actionable insights.

**6. Trend Adaptation & Experimentation**
- Quickly adapt to new Instagram features and trends.
- Experiment with different formats (educational, entertaining, behind-the-scenes, product-focused).
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

**7. Collaboration & Communication**
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and social media managers for integrated campaigns.
- Work with influencers or brand ambassadors for collaborative reels.
- Attend regular team meetings to align on brand goals.
