- Ensure proper utilization of Engineering ERP.
- Planning of maintenance - Job Forecasting, issuing and completion of all engineering jobs and detailed job analysis.
- Follow up for job completion in consultation with Asst. Manager / Manager
- Resource planning with manpower deployment in consultation with Asst. Manager / Manager.
- Breakdown analysis.
- Review of job sheet before closing.
- Engineering recordkeeping / documentation and checklist review.
- Ensure statutory and local compliance are implemented.
- Maintaining updated SOP and RA.
- Maintaining Work permits.
- Maintain the legal register for fuel station and calibrated instrument of engineering department.
- Check and act as per internal audit requirements, provide reports as required.
- Maintaining proper records on maintenance, inventory, consumption etc.
- Maintain the store stock and error free record & Carryout Perpetual Inventory.
- Create Stock codes for Stock items in Stores.
- Reorder consumable /spares items in Stores.
- Co-ordinate with Head of Engineering for budgeting.
- Carry out monthly stock reconciliations.
- Carry out store’s audits.
- Carry out engineering scrap disposal through authorized vendor.
- Arrange for the delivery of diesel oil to the terminal.
- Suggest any modifications required to reduce cost or streamline Maintenance procedures.
- Maintenance software administration and coordination.
