Training Co-ordinator

**Qualification : PG Degree in MBA, MSW in related field**
- **Plan, organize, and implement training programs** for clinical, non-clinical, administrative, and support staff in alignment with hospital goals and regulatory requirements.
- Identify **training needs through surveys, feedback, performance evaluations**, and consultations with department heads and quality teams.
- Develop **training schedules, materials, and modules** that meet accreditation standards, patient safety norms, and hospital protocols.
- Maintain **comprehensive training records**, attendance logs, feedback forms, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Facilitate **onboarding and induction programs** for new employees to ensure proper orientation to hospital policies, procedures, and culture.
- Ensure that all training content complies with **healthcare regulations, accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH, NABL)**:
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through **post-training assessments, feedback, and performance improvement** tracking.
- Organize **mock drills, emergency response training, infection control sessions**, and other mandatory compliance-related training activities.
- Collaborate with the **HR and Quality departments** to ensure training programs support continuous improvement and employee development.
- Prepare and present **training reports and analytics** to hospital management for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Encourage a **culture of continuous learning**, professional development, and staff engagement across all levels of the hospital.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
