Core Responsibilities

1) 3D Design Creation: Develop detailed 3D models, layouts, and renderings to visually communicate interior design concepts and ideas.

2) Space Planning: Create innovative and functional designs that maximize the use of available space while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

3) Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budgets to create personalized design solutions.

4) Material and Finish Selection: Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements to match the design concept and client expectations.

5) Concept Visualization: Convert 2D drawings and sketches into realistic 3D visualizations for client presentations and approvals.

6) Design Customization: Modify designs based on client feedback, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.

7) Collaboration with Teams: Coordinate with architects, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure the feasibility of designs and timely project execution.

8) Software Expertise: Utilize design software like AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Revit to produce accurate and visually compelling designs.

9) Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, materials, and technology to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.

Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and design presentations for clients and project teams.

**Required Skills**:
1) Proficiency in Design Software: Advanced knowledge of 3D rendering and modeling tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender.

2) Visualization Skills: Strong ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into realistic 3D designs.

3) Attention to Detail: Ability to create intricate designs with precision, ensuring the accuracy of measurements and details.

4) Creativity: Innovative mindset to produce unique and aesthetically pleasing designs.

5) Technical Understanding: Knowledge of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishes.

6) Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
