**Job Summary**

The Lady Supervisor - Housekeeping will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned sections as per hotel standards. She will oversee housekeeping staff, conduct inspections, and maintain high-quality service to meet guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, train, and guide housekeeping attendants in daily operations.
- Allocate tasks and schedules to team members for efficient workflow.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to hotel hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special housekeeping requirements promptly.
- Monitor and control usage of cleaning supplies and housekeeping equipment.
- Maintain records of daily activities, attendance, and housekeeping reports.
- Ensure grooming and uniform standards of the housekeeping team.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth operations.
