Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare designs for Ducting, Firefighting system, and Plumbing including Water supply and Drainage system.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Fire Protection systems, Electrical, and Plumbing across all floors of the project for system layout drawings with interference checks. Software like AutoCAD Manage is used for this purpose.
- Create 2D AutoCAD drawings for HVAC ducting, coordinated services layout, and section drawings.
- Prepare layout drawings for Plant rooms, AHU rooms, public areas, P&ID, and Air flow Diagrams.
- Conduct on-site visits and maintain project drawings, records, and revisions.
- Coordinate with customers during the design and construction stage.
- Possess strong design skills and proficiency in using AutoCAD programs and commands.

Job Requirements:

- A degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD software, particularly in MEP/HVAC drawing.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP/HVAC systems.
- 3-4 years of experience in MEP/HVAC drafting, designing, and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with the project team, clients, and contractors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to conduct on-site visits and maintain project drawings, records, and revisions.
- Familiarity with energy-efficient and sustainable MEP/HVAC design principles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
