**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed MEP drawings, including layouts, schematics, and diagrams, based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand project objectives and design intent.
- Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings as per client and project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards and regulations in all drawings produced.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Review and verify drawings for completeness, clarity, and accuracy before final submission.
- Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the MEP field, preferably within a design engineering consulting firm.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
