**Admin Coordinator - Contingent Workforce**
**YOUR JOB PURPOSE**:
The Regional Contingent Workforce (CW) Administrative Coordinator APAC, is an operational regional role in the Contingent Workforce Solution (CWS) program. As a member of the CWS APAC team, the incumbent will be supporting the regional contingent workforce efforts and related program infrastructure by partnering with internal and externals stakeholders. The Regional CW Administrative Coordinator APAC works closely with the CW Administrative Coordinators of the other three regions and reports to the Regional Content Lead CW APAC. The activities within the CWS program will not only relate back to the planned coverage of the 17 countries in the APAC region but will also see CW topics from the other three regions in EMEA, North America and LatAm.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Partner with stakeholders to provide support for contingent workforce processes, policies, and procedures to understand opportunities for improved documentation and training.
- Support the global ‘Worker Tracking+’ program which collects and maintains data of Bayer’s smaller countries to get track of CW topics and compliance
- Align with the Global Worker Tracking+ Lead on according activities
- Support requests and align resource needs to ensure connectivity and compliance with the global CWS strategy.
- Maintain SOPs, reference libraries, communication libraries, and SharePoint sites.
- Serve as operational/tactical point of contact with HR Operations, IAM/GUMS, AP and various other internal partners as it pertains to ongoing operations and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the regional CWS Managed Service Provider (MSP) on administrative tasks, often connected to Bayer’s Vendor Management System (VMS) SAP Fieldglass
- Ability to identify and mitigate process related risks
- Partner with MSP Shared Service Center, and Source-to-Pay to resolve payment process issues and errors. Create ad hoc purchase orders when required.
- Perform CWS data integrity audits based on established schedule
- Support the VMS enhancement process
- Support CW individual reporting request from internal stakeholders
- Support CWS implementation activities with experience, especially in the process and transition2run activities
- Support initiatives related to directly hired temporary employees (DHTE) including pre-employment support, process training, and compliance efforts.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- 3+ years experience in an HR operations related position or in a role that supports/has direct exposure to HR and/or contingent workforce processes and initiatives.
- Experience with project coordination and data analysis
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Proficient in SAP Fieldglass and other SAP tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and SharePoint skills
- Very good English skills; both written and spoken
- Additional languages skills of a language relevant in APAC is a plus
- Experience in project management skills is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Keen eye for detail, data patterns, and trends
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver on critical milestones
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills,
- Ability to effectively respond to questions and issues clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of Source-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn new processes and procedures
- Demonstrate discipline in operational excellence and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to gather information to document detailed process maps using Visio
- Ability to balance strong customer service while maintaining compliance will all policies and employment laws/regulations
