Printed, Laminated, Extrusion Lamination & pouch sample testing as per sampling plan laid down for physical parameters.

Making NCR & Non-conformance report, if any on line.

Ensuring the line clearances before job change over.

Handling lab instrument like universal tester, Tear tester, burst strength machine, sealing tester, COF machine & Dart Impact etc.

Ensuring the audits requirement/Documents management.

JSS abnormalities identification & correction.

Printing, Adhesive Lamination, Extrusion Lamination & Pouching process control.

Qualification should be BSC, MSC, Diploma in packaging with knowledge of all process (Printing, Lamination ,Ext lamination, slitting, pouching)
