**Job Summary**:
The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in quality assurance and control, who can contribute to maintaining and improving product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and evaluations of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor and report on quality performance, identifying and addressing non-conformities.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement process improvements.
- Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including test results, inspection records, and reports.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key quality metrics and trends.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and quality management techniques.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- B-Tech In metallurgy or Mechanical,
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in the Steel or wire manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
