**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the sales process for residential properties.
- Build and maintain client relationships to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits and present project features effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and conversions.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support for client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred.
- Graduate in any field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-focused skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
