- Receives, assesses, and identifies needs, plans care, implement care of the patient after admission.
- Implements and maintains ward policies and routines.
- Coordinates patient care with various health team members.
- Maintains all documentation related to all allocated patients during the shift.
- Imparts health education to the patient and bye-stander and documents the same.
- Participates in clinical teaching, both planned and incidental, attends in-service classes, and updates her knowledge with recent trends in the nursing.
- To assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients consulting with ward Sister Incharges/Supervisors
- To give direct patient care (bed making, changing of bed sheets, mouth care, back care, bed bathing, hair wash, changing of position etc) and allotted care to her by the ward sister.
- To fulfill all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc) of the patients.
- To keep proper records of patients
- To provide comfort to the patient and maintain safety of the patient.
- To take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift, regarding patients (bed to bed), instrument supplies,
- To assist the physician in his rounds and carry out the orders/instructions of the rounds.
- To Provide medication to the patients

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Nursing License (preferred)
