**Telesales Executive**

**Responsibilities**:*
- *Product Information:* Provide detailed and accurate information about the benefits and uses of our products.
- *Sales Conversion:* Persuade potential customers to purchase products, ensuring that they understand the value and benefits.
- *Customer Interaction:* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns.
- *Sales Reporting:* Keep track of customer interactions and sales, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.

*Qualifications:*
- *Education:* Minimum educational requirement is 12th pass.
- *Age:* 18 to 30 years.
- *Experience:* 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service (BPO experience preferred).

*Desired Skills:*
- *Communication:* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English.
- *Persuasion:* Strong ability to persuade and convince customers to make a purchase.
- *Customer Focus:* A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- *Product Knowledge:* Willingness to learn and maintain a deep understanding of our herbal medicine products.
- *Adaptability:* Ability to handle customer queries and objections with patience and professionalism.
