EMPLOYMENT -Employment will be VOSD.store, a unit of VOSD Vet & Pet Corporation Pvt Ltd. VOSD Corporation delivers a range of pet products, pet cabs, pet pharma, pet hospitals, and other products and services under the VOSD and allied brand names.
- The VOSD Trust owns VOSD Corporation. VOSD Trust operates India's largest rescue and the world's largest sanctuary for rescued dogs in Bangalore. 100% proceeds of all VOSD Corporation activities therefore fund the VOSD Trust.
- VOSD.store creates brands and products for dogs and dog owners including ayurvedic health products, treatments, accessories for dogs & merchandise for dog owners. POSITION(S) & TERMS
- Role: E-commerce shipment & delivery supervisor
- Salary levels: 40,000 - 60,000 pm CTC + variable salary on customer satisfaction targets. -Prior experience: 1-5 years in courier/ shipping/ ecommerce, 1yr in supervisory role
- Skills : (1) High level of communication skills (2) good at working under pressure
- Mobility and travel: Should be mobile within Bangalore
- Location & time of employment: The incumbent will work from the VOSD facilities ○ VOSD Corporate office: Carlton Tower, HAL Airport Road, Bangalore & ○ VOSD Fulfillment Center: Double Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore ○ Work will be 9-6 pm, Monday through Saturday
- Has to work closely with the following teams at VOSD ○ Customer Experience Management ○ Vendor Management
- Vendor management: Identification, maintaining operational relationships, and working with vendors/ suppliers for packaging, shipping partners, pharma & ayurvedic products, and bottling partners. Must maintain written records and update relevant reports daily.
- Inventory management: Has to work with the vendor and internal teams to ensure that they can maintain an inventory with the minimum defined reorder levels. Must maintain written records and update relevant reports daily.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
