We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern with a focus on vendor registration to join our team. The intern will primarily be responsible for streamlining our operations by registering and managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about the travel industry to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the success of our operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Research potential vendors and suppliers for various travel-related services, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Assist in vendor registration processes, including gathering required documentation, completing forms, and verifying credentials.

Communicate with vendors to collect necessary information and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Maintain accurate records of vendor information, contracts, and agreements in the company database.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to evaluate vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.

Support the operations team in optimizing processes and workflows related to vendor management and operations.

Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of vendors into our operations.

Provide general support to the operations team and contribute to special projects as needed.

**Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, supply chain management, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong interest in operations management and vendor relationship management.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.

Prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations is preferred but not required.
