Update to self about the stocks and market information
Listening to customer needs and addressing procurement.
Manage the entire purchase team
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential vendors to prospect for new business
Implementation of purchasing strategy.
Get the stock updates from the vendor and update the system.
Get requirements from the warehouse and sales department and update purchase requirements.
Follow up the dispatch program with the vendor and update the information to various departments.
Freight and other payment of the logistic etc. request to be generated and get approved and final payment service provider.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential vendors.
Get compliance fulfilled by vendor.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the deal.
Gathering market and customer, other vendor information
Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with the vendor.
Evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors.
Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
Recording purchase and order information and sending copies to the purchasing office, or entering figures into a computer system
Make sure the quality of the product is as per the order and standards.
Process payment of invoices, and communicate to vendors.
Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Gaining a clear understanding of vendors' businesses and requirements
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing them to the internal team
Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
Should be Graduate/Diploma in Purchase.
Job Timing:
6 Days working and Timings are 9:30 am to 06:00 pm

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
