Job Title: IT Purchase Executive

: Department: Accounts

Roles and Responsibility:
SUMMARY NETSPACE INFOSOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. consists of one company - IT infrastructure Solutions, NETSAPCE consult and supply right products to end user with valued added solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and effective IT Purchase Executive for a company.

1. Strategic Procurement:

- Develop and implement IT purchasing strategies aligned with company goals
- Forecast IT needs and plan purchase accordingly
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

2. Vendor Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms to secure the best value
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage a preferred vendor list

3. Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about IT market trends, new technologies, and pricing fluctuations
- Conduct regular cost analyses and benchmarking studies
- Recommend alternative products or solutions when beneficial

4. Budget Management:

- Work within allocated budgets and track IT expenditures
- Prepare regular reports on spending, savings, and budget projections
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize IT spend

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all IT purchases comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage risk in the supply chain, including assessing cybersecurity risks of vendors
- Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with IT teams to understand technical requirements
- Liaise with legal department on contract reviews and negotiations
- Coordinate with logistics for efficient delivery and asset management

7. Process Optimization:

- Implement and manage e-procurement systems
- Streamline purchasing processes to increase efficiency
- Develop KPIs to measure and improve procurement performance

3. ~Knowledge of IT infrastructure and emerging technologies
