**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end recruitment for technical roles across development, QA, design, and project management teams.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person screening to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding coordination.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiters and recruitment platforms.
- Attend and represent the company in campus drives, job fairs, and other hiring events.

**Required Qualifications**:

- MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and terminologies (e.g., Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, Game Developers, DevOps, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven record of meeting hiring targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.

Pay: ₹11,822.70 - ₹40,771.84 per month
