Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers. Prepare purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, prices, and specifications. Resolve any issues that may arise with suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data. Communicate with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
